KKR announced the acquisition of OSTTRA, a joint venture between S&P Global and CME Group, specializing in post-trade services for interest rates, currencies, equities and loans, for $3.1 billion. The transaction will allow KKR to expand its financial sector business and increase its leverage in global capital markets. The acquisition is part of KKR’s strategy to diversify its investment portfolio.
